Guild warehouse: the shared storage exclusive to guild members; available to guilds level 2+. The Master and authorized members access it via the Guild Manager NPC in each town; the space grows with guild level.
Alliance (Union): masters of level 2+ guilds can offer an alliance to another level 2+ guild; the offering master becomes the alliance master. Up to 8 guilds join an alliance. Each guild's master and authorized members use the alliance chat channel, capped at 12 people.
Guild and alliance messages: members can message fellow guild members, and masters can message other masters in the same alliance, choosing the recipients.
Guild store: in level 3+ guilds the Master buys guild items via the Guild Manager NPC: emblems, mercenaries and miscellaneous goods. Purchases cost gold + GP, and only the Guild Master can use the items.
Emblems: the guild emblem requires level 4+, the alliance emblem level 5+. After buying the emblem item, registration uses the guildmark.bmp file (unionmark.bmp for alliances) in the Silkroad installation folder.
Granting guild titles: As a guild grows, some members hold more power than others and are given titles that signify their role. A guild master of level 4 or higher can grant titles: select the member in the guild window and click Grant Title. The title can be up to 6 characters and is displayed with an asterisk (*) following the guild name.
GP donation: Guild members can donate their individual skill points (SP) to the guild points (GP). Click the heart-shaped button in the guild window. Members can use this regardless of level; donated SP is deducted from the total, and donations are limited to the SP the member holds.
