The four elements are the basic substance that composes all items.
The earth, fire, water and air elements each have 12 grades.
The four elements are obtained by dissecting monster parts gained from hunting, or by dismantling equipment items.
In your inventory, prepare a dismantling item (Void Rondo or Destroy Rondo) and the ingredient.
Open the Alchemy window and select the Dismantle window (via the Actions window [A] or the shortcut key [Y]).
